Terms of Service
Last updated: July 19, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of EntitleHub, the entitlement and subscription-management platform, its dashboard, and APIs (the "Service"), provided by EntitleHub ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
EntitleHub lets developers map store products and plans to durable entitlements, validate receipts server-side, sync subscription state, emit webhooks, and produce revenue analytics and accounting reports. Features and integrations may change over time.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and API keys. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
3. Your data and content
You retain all rights to the data you send us (your catalog, app-user identifiers, transaction metadata, and connected-service data). You grant us the limited rights needed to process that data to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the rights and disclosures required to send us end-user data.
4. Connected services
When you connect a third-party service (for example QuickBooks Online, or an app-store account), you authorize us to access and use it solely to provide the feature you enabled, such as writing revenue journal entries you request into your accounting system, or reading store financial reports you authorize. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms. You can disconnect an integration at any time.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach security or access data that isn't yours, no reselling the Service in a way that competes using our infrastructure without permission, and no sending data you have no right to send.
6. Fees
Paid plans are billed as described at sign-up or on your plan page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
7. Not financial or tax advice
Revenue attribution, allocation, and accounting features are informational tools based on the transaction data available to us (which reflects list-price revenue, not necessarily your exact net store payout). They are not financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for verifying figures and consulting your own professionals. EntitleHub does not hold, move, or disburse funds.
8. Availability & warranty
We work to keep the Service reliable but provide it "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EntitleHub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with law. On termination we will delete or return your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use means acceptance.
